To raise awareness about mental health in the workplace, MENTBEST organized a public event on Sunday, March 16th, at the 33rd MONEY SHOW conference, held at the Hyatt Hotel in Thessaloniki.

In the context of the Public Campaign «Ανθίζουμε ΜΑΖΙ χωρίς Κατάθλιψη», of the European project MENTBEST, an event for mental health promotion at the work place took place at the Hyatt Hotel in Thessaloniki. The event was well attended with representatives from key stakeholders of “the Thessaloniki Alliance for Mental Health”, that was officially launched on November 11th 2024, and stakeholders from the Business & innovation ecosystem in Thessaloniki and the general public.

The event included a discussion panel with key speakers representing different voices in the work place:

Professor Ana Vivas, Psychologist and Leader of MENTBEST team in Greece, coordinated the event and present the project. The guests in the panel discussed about mental health problems at the work place, obstacles to promote mental health at work in the Greek context, and the enablers and solutions to better address the mental health needs of workers and managers.

Dr Evgenia Dandi presented the MENTBEST digital tools to promote mental health in the context of the 4-level intervention in Thessaloniki.
