Project Concept

The project aims to investigate, access and implement specialized methodologies and expert system technologies in order to support the production, supply chain and demand management of the highly sensitive products of food industry with a pilot to SMEs in the patisserie business.

Project Results

A system that will combine the following methodologies ands technologies:

i) Intelligent Systems

ii) Supply Chain Management

iii) Optical recognition and product labeling

iv) Specialized internet applications
