On October 9th, as part of The LISTEN Project South-East European Research Centre (SEERC) and Light Trees, in collaboration with the Deputy Mayor’s Office for Culture of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, organised the final capacity-building workshop of the series.
Hosted at the Municipal Amateur Dance School of Thessaloniki, this interactive session focused on the theme of supporting individuals experiencing or living with trauma, and on how we can move from addressing trauma to cultivating self-care and resilience both for beneficiaries and for those who support them.
