Arvesa Studenica, Aleksandra Laketa, PhD* students of the Psychology Department and Professor Ana Vivastraveled to Sheffield to present their PhD work at the Postgraduate (PGr) Conference of the Psychology Department at Sheffield. Their PhD is part of the Bilingualism project supervised by Professor Vivas, Dr Emma Blakey and Dr Elisavet Chrysochoou, which investigate the broader socio-linguistic context of the Bilingual cognitive advantage (Bilingual people outperforming monolingual people). Aleksandra and Arvesa gave excellent presentations, and the topic was received with great interest.
