Prof. Panayiotis Ketikidis, Chairman of SEERC Management Committee, Academic Director of the Doctoral Programme & Vice Principal of CITY College, International Faculty of the University of Sheffield, will participate as panelist in the event 'Pathway to Global Policy, Industry and Societal Impact on Resource Efficiency' hosted by the Advanced Resource Efficiency Centre (AREC) of the University of Sheffield and White Rose Brussels (WRB). The event will take place on 27 June 2017 at the European Parliament in Brussels. The keynote speech will be delivered by Prof Lenny Koh from the University of Sheffield who will present AREC - the global resource efficiency challenges and how AREC helps to address them.
This event aims to showcase the research excellence and impact performed by AREC towards achieving environmental sustainability, resource production and consumption efficiency, and maximising its outreach globally.
