Ms. Brance graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA degree in Sociology while holding a minor in Applied Psychology where she was also a scholar-athlete on a women's basketball team. She continued her studies at the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield in Thessaloniki and obtained her MSc Degree in Counselling Psychology with distinction. Her research focus during the Master Studies was the social media’s impact on emotional well-being. She is currently undertaking a Ph.D. on the topic of refugee mental health in relation to prejudice and social identity.
