A new book investigating the role of international actors in the making of social policy in South East Europe has been published by Edward Elgar Publishing. The book is edited by SEERC Affiliated Researchers Bob Deacon (Professor of International Social Policy at the University of Sheffield, UK) and Paul Stubbs (Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics in Zagreb, Croatia).
The book is the product of a series of workshops organised by SEERC and the Institute of Economics (Zagreb) with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung. The workshops brought together experts in order to explore issues of Multi-Level Governance in South East Europe utilising multi-disciplinary perspectives. "Social Policy and International Interventions in South East Europe", written by the same leading researchers who participated in the workshops, investigates the role of international actors in the making of social policy in South East Europe.
