Mrs. Ramhorst holds a PhD from the Management School of the University of Sheffield from 2017. She completed her MA in Public Administration in the Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government in 2005. She completed an MPhil in Management Studies in the University of Cambridge in 1998. She received her BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sarajevo in 1995. She has been working in United States Agency for International Development, Sarajevo as Program Manager since 1998. She had been working in the British Embassy in Sarajevo as Commercial Officer from 1996 to 1997, and in the International Rescue Committee, Sarajevo as Assistant Head of Office for Programs between 1994 and 1996. She is the recipient of the Starr Award of the Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government for the highest academic achievement; the Dean Nye Fellowship of the Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government; Cambridge Overseas Trust & FCO Chevening & Soros OSI graduate scholarship.
