GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS AND SUBMISSION:

Extended Abstracts (for review)

Authors are requested to submit an extended abstract of 2-3 pages in PDF (Adobe's Portable Document Format). The submitted extended abstracts should contain only TITLE without the names of the authors. Submitted extended abstracts will go under blind review by at least two referees. Authors are asked to prepare an extended abstract using the template provided here. Extended abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Conference Management System at EasyChair. Follow this link and the instructions for submission.

Camera Ready Papers (after acceptance)

Following acceptance, authors are requested to sumbit a camera ready paper of 7-10 pages to the coneference secretariat (ieeii@seerc.org) in both Microsoft Word and PDF (Adobe's Portable Document Format) by no later than 17 September 2007. Authors are asked to prepare a camera ready paper using the template provided here. The template has all the styles required for formatting the text. The easiest way to prepare the camera ready is to download the template, delete all exixting text, add your unformatted text and use the styles (top-left drop down menu) to format it. Only papers in this format will be published.

For every accepted paper, at least one author should register in the Conference by no later than 24 September 2007.

GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATIONS:

Each presentation will last 30 minutes (25 + 5 minutes for questions). Both Conference rooms are equipped with a PC and a video projector. PC has a connection to the Internet if required. Presenters could also use their own laptop. A wireless access to Internet is also available. Presenters will be requested to upload their presentation at least 15 minutes before the start of their session. Techinal support will be provided.

PROCEEDINGS

The Conference Proceedings, including all papers presented will be published as a SEERC book edited by the Conference Chairs.

BEST PAPER AWARD

A "best paper award" is sponsored by the BCS Hellenic Section. The best paper will be decided by a panel of referees and will be published in Computer Journal, with a statement indicating that the paper received the award in the IEEII conference.
