Abstract Guidelines
Please note that the extended abstract (deadline 15/03/2010) should not exceed 500 words and it should follow the structure given below:
- Purpose
- Methodology/Approach
- Findings
- Research Limitations
- Practical Implications (If applicable)
- Originality/Value of paper
- Key-words
Full-Paper Guidelines
The full-paper submission (deadline 16/04/2010should follow the guidelines given below. It should not exceed 3,000 words in length (including references list and footnotes).
- APA writing style should be used as listed at http://www.usq.edu.au/library/help/ehelp/ref_guides/apastyle/default.htm
- Times New Roman 12, double spaced
- A4 format left hand margin 25mm, right hand margin 40mm
- Footnotes numbered consecutively, provided at bottom of page
- Tables and figures clearly numbered and referred to in the text
- Quotations of more than 60 words indented, no quotation marks, single spaced
- Shorter quotations using single quotation marks in the body of text
- Both English and American spelling acceptable please be consistent
- Non-English words in italics
- Capital letters for abbreviations and acronyms
Submission Guidelines
Extended Abstracts and Full-papers for RT4 should be submitted as a word document to the following e-mail address: RT4@seerc.org - please note that no submissions will be accepted after the deadlines.
Important Dates
- Abstract: 15th March 2010
- Full-paper (camera ready paper): 15th June 2010
Publication of Papers
All full papers that are accepted will be published in proceedings which will be available for all participants on the first day of the doctoral conference.
