Submission Details

• Structure of the Abstract: researchers that are willing to present their work must submit an abstract that should not exceed 500 words. The abstract submission should follow the structure given in the link below:

• Review Process: All submitted abstracts will undergo a double peer-review process by members of the Scientific Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work at the conference and will be asked to submit full versions of their papers to be included in the conference proceedings. During the conference, each paper will be presented in front of a panel of experts consisting of academics with significant research expertise and experience in supervising doctoral students. Each presentation will be followed by feedback from the members of the panel and questions from the audience. In addition to the discussions that will be held during the presentations, there will be general discussion sessions guided by the members of the expert panels, addressing various issues relating to research methodology and PhD work.

• Full-Papers: The full-paper submission should follow the specific authors guidelines that will be announced in a given time.

Publication of Best Papers

Authors of selected best papers will be invited to submit extended versions for publication in the International Journal of Innovation and Regional Development. The invited submissions will follow a separate double-blind reviewing procedure according to the standards of the journal.
