Submission Details

Depending on the stage of your research, you can submit either a short paper (3-5 pages) or a full paper (8-15 pages). Papers should be set out in accordance with Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format for Proceedings and Other Multiauthor Volumes. Templates for MS Word and LaTeX as well as further instruction for authors are available at Springer's website. Short or Full papers for ICT should be submitted as a word or Pdf document by Monday 11th May 2015 through the EasyChair Conference Management System, at this link.

Please ensure that you follow the LNCS template consistently in order to avoid delays. MS Word users can download directly the template here. Use "typeinst.doc" as a template for your paper and use the already defined styles instead of formatting the text manually. The use of "sv-ln20090127.dotm" is optional; it installs some additional macros for common tasks in LNCS authoring (MS Word 2007 only).

Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo a double peer-review process by members of the Scientific Committee. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at the conference and will be asked to submit the final versions of their papers to be included in the conference proceedings. During the conference, each paper will be presented in front of a panel of experts consisting of academics with significant research expertise and experience in supervising doctoral students. Each presentation will be followed by feedback from the members of the panel and questions from the audience. In addition to the discussions that will be held during the presentations, there will be general discussion sessions guided by the members of the expert panels, addressing various issues relating to research methodology and PhD work.

Publication of Best Papers

All accepted papers that are presented in the DSC2015 will be indexed in EBSCO
